K-9 SEARCH & RESCUE   

  OF ORANGE CITY

Established in 2002 to assist law enforcement agencies in finding missing persons by providing qualified canine resources.  K9SAROC, a non-profit 501(c)3 organization, is comprised of dedicated volunteers who work together on behalf of the missing. Our canines, who hold national current certifications, can be deployed in both land and water recoveries. Our volunteers consists of First Responders and SARTECHs. The minimum training requirements for volunteers include: CPR, Incident Command, K9 First Aid, map and compass navigation, crime scene preservation, hazmat awareness, bloodborne pathogens and ham radio licensed.  All services are performed within the scope of our training and capabilities.


Dedicated to assisting in the search for missing persons, volunteers are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.  There is NEVER a charge for our services.

Due to the support from other organizations and individuals, K9SAROC is able to respond to both small and large scale operations.  Without the assistance of these dedicated volunteers, this would not be possible.
